At ABC you will work alongside a dedicated team of disability professionals and have the support of fellow Behaviour Support Practitioners, Lead Practitioners, Clinical Leads and the Director of Behaviour Support. In addition all administrative processes will be provided by the experienced Operational team. You could be the next Behaviour Support Practitioner to complement one of our local NSW teams.

Current Advertised Positions

Practitioner benefits include:


  • Reasonable 4 hour per/day KPI at a base salary of $104, 000
  • Achieve up to 6 hour per/day KPI, for bonuses that equate to $144, 000 salary
  • Local offices in each established area
  • Weekly payroll and bonuses

  • Do you have excellent communication skills with an ability to maintain productive relationships?
  • Can you demonstrate knowledge of behaviour support strategies and how to overcome barriers for implementation?
  • Do you have knowledge of NDIS RRP processes, NDIS systems, and the disability sector?
  • You will need intermediate computer skills, including the use of Microsoft office products.
  • If time management is one of your personal attributes and you are an experienced and motivated behaviour support practitioner, we want to hear from you. 


Essential Criteria


  • A relevant tertiary qualification- allied health, education, psychology, social work or similar.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • Maintain behaviour support practitioner registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Proficient practitioner.
  • WWCC and NDISWC clearance requirements.
